Work with the assistant
Ask questions over your own data and hand off real work — safely.
The Snoze assistant lives inside your workspace, which changes what “AI chat” means: it can search everything you’ve built, answer with your own data as context, and act on your behalf.
Ask with your workspace as context
Ask the assistant anything you’d ask a well-informed teammate: “what did we decide about pricing?”, “which tasks are blocked on design?”, “summarize last week’s customer feedback”. It searches your pages, databases, and notes, and answers with references to the items it used — so you can check its work.
Hand off real work
The assistant can do, not just answer: create pages, add and update database records, and run your actions. Describe the outcome — “log a task for each open question in this page” — and it plans the steps and executes them. Everything it does is a normal change in the workspace: visible immediately, attributed, and undoable like any other edit.
Approval gates
Some operations are higher-stakes than others. When the assistant reaches one — deleting content, touching many records at once, anything outward-facing — it pauses and asks before proceeding. You see what it wants to do and approve or decline; one approval clears that batch of work, not everything forever.
