Getting started

Create your first page

Blocks, the slash menu, and the basics of writing in Snoze.

Pages are the fastest way to start putting things in Snoze. Here’s everything you need for your first one.

  1. Create the page

Click New at the top of the sidebar and choose Page. Give it a title — you can always rename it later — and just start typing.

  2. Add blocks with the slash menu

Each paragraph, heading, list, or image on a page is a block. Press / on an empty line to open the insert menu: text, lists, code, media, and structure blocks like toggles and columns. The full list is in the slash menu reference.

  3. Move things around

Drag the handle on the left of any block to move it. The block menu (⋮⋮) also lets you duplicate, delete, or turn one block type into another.

  4. Organize it

Pages live in the sidebar tree. Drag your page anywhere, nest it under another item, or pin what matters.

When you’re ready to show someone, share the page with a teammate or publish a public link.
