What is Snoze?

Snoze is a flexible workspace that brings your documents, structured data, dashboards, automations, and team into one place — instead of every kind of work living in its own isolated tool.

You shape a workspace from connected workspace parts:

• Pages — rich documents built from blocks, with real-time collaboration.
• Databases — structured data with typed fields, multiple views, formulas, and relations.
• Dashboards — widget grids over your data, including live external sources.
• Canvas — freeform whiteboards for thinking spatially.
• Forms — collect structured input straight into a database.
• Notes & files — quick captures and uploads, first-class alongside everything else.

The things you create appear as items in a sidebar tree you organize however you like. Items can be shared with your team or published with a public link.

Two more surfaces round it out. Time tracking runs timers and rolls them up into timesheets, so hours land on the records they belong to. And your Inbox collects notifications and mentions across the workspace, so nothing that needs you gets lost.

AI native

Snoze is fully useful without AI. Its optional assistant works inside your workspace: it can search across what you have made, answer questions with your own data as context, and act on your behalf — creating pages, editing databases, and running actions, with approval gates for anything high-stakes.

Fast and collaborative

Every surface is real-time. Edits sync instantly across the web app and mobile, and collaborative editing means your team can work in the same page at the same time.
