Snoze on mobile
What the mobile app does today, and where it still trails the web.
The Snoze mobile app is a native iOS and Android client for the same workspace, signed in with the same account. It talks to the same backend as the web app, so your data is one thing seen from two places — not a separate copy.
What works today
Most of the core product is here:
- Pages — the full block editor, with inline AI, block comments, presence, and version history.
- Databases — every view kind (table, board, gallery, calendar, timeline, and more) with full filter, sort, group, and chart editing, plus record detail and field management.
- Home and dashboards — the customizable widget grid, with the same widget kinds as web.
- AI assistant — the full chat surface: streaming replies, model picker, RAG source selection, and edit/branch/regenerate controls.
- Inbox, search, sharing, and settings — notifications, global search, share and publish, and real billing, members, roles, and integrations.
- Canvas — a native edgeless whiteboard with pan and zoom, shapes, connectors, freehand tools, templates, multi-select, and multiplayer presence.
Real-time sync with web
Everything rides the same real-time engine as the browser. Edit a page on your phone and it appears on your laptop as you type; a teammate’s changes, comments, and cursors show up live on either device. Notifications and unread counts stay in sync everywhere you’re signed in.
Where it still trails web
The mobile app is close to parity but not identical. A few things are web-only for now:
- AI-assisted database structuring — the plan-and-apply flow that suggests schema and fields isn’t built on mobile yet.
- Some advanced canvas editing — group/ungroup, drag-to-place from the toolbar, the full template library, and mind-map auto-layout editing lag the web canvas.
- Inline database widgets — a database widget lets you pick the source and switch the view kind, but not edit that embedded view’s filters and sorts the way a saved view can be edited.
These gaps are being closed pass by pass; the underlying data is the same, so anything you can’t yet do on mobile you can always finish on the web.
